What does a partnership cost? +
Free, Basic and Professional include a one-time setup fee of € 500 (excl. VAT). Premium has no setup fee. Free has no monthly subscription — you only pay the setup fee. Basic, Professional and Premium have a subscription price on request. Contact us at info@solventis.nl for a quote.
What is the difference between the four levels? +
Free provides a basic listing without a subscription: grey logo, 5 icon features, no text features and no buttons. Changes are billed separately (€ 75 per change).

Basic adds a colour logo, Bronze Partner Badge, 5 text features, a website button and changes included.

Professional adds priority group 2, 12 text features, in-depth page, review, homepage carousel, CTA button and profile page button.

Premium offers unlimited text features, the highest priority (group 1) and maximum presence across all parts of the platform.
Can I upgrade to a higher level later? +
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The one-time setup fee of € 500 is charged only once — you do not pay it again upon upgrading. Contact us and we will arrange the transition.
What does a change cost at the Free level? +
At Free, profile changes are billed separately at € 75 per change (excl. VAT). At Basic, Professional and Premium, changes are included in the subscription at no extra cost.
What is an in-depth page and why is it valuable? +
An in-depth page is a dedicated company page on Peppol.nu where your solution, positioning and company story are presented in detail. Buyers who want to read more after the comparison tool land here. It is one of the most impactful touchpoints in the orientation phase. Available with Professional and Premium.
In which languages is my profile page available? +
The profile page is available as standard in Dutch and English — included in all paid levels at no extra cost. Additional languages are available as add-ons:
  • French: € 500 one-time setup + € 50 per month (excl. VAT)
  • German: € 500 one-time setup + € 50 per month (excl. VAT)
  • Other languages are available on request via info@solventis.nl.
How long does a partnership last? +
Paid partnerships (Basic, Professional, Premium) are entered into for a minimum of one year. The Free level has no minimum term — you only pay the one-time setup fee.
How does the order in the comparison tool work? +
The comparison tool works with four fixed priority groups, both in the default view and when filters are applied:
  • Group 1 — Premium: highest priority, always shown first.
  • Group 2 — Professional: directly after the Premium group.
  • Group 3 — Basic: after the Professional group.
  • Group 4 — Free: at the bottom, after all paid levels.

Within each group, the order is randomised per session, so every partner has equal chances of the best position within their group. Your group position is guaranteed regardless of applied filters.

What does the LinkedIn visibility include for Professional and Premium? +
With Professional and Premium we publish dedicated LinkedIn posts about your organisation and solution on the Peppol.nu LinkedIn channel. With Basic we repost your own content. The Free level has no LinkedIn visibility.
