If your answer is not there and you still wish personal contact, that is possible — but we do so at our standard rate of € 150,- excl. VAT per hour, with a minimum of 30 minutes per question.

Peppol.now is an independent information platform about e-invoicing and the Peppol network. We are not a software vendor, not an Access Point and not a helpdesk. Our goal is to help businesses and organisations understand e-invoicing, compare reliable providers and follow relevant developments across Europe.
The platform is developed and managed by Solventis, a consultancy firm specialising in digital business processes.
Yes. Peppol.now has no commercial interest in any specific provider. We do not promote any product or service above another. Partners listed on our site pay for visibility — but their inclusion in our comparison overview is based on objective criteria, not on the size of their partner contribution.
Our editorial independence is the core of our value. Without that independence, Peppol.now is worth nothing.
Peppol.now has two revenue streams. First, we offer a partner programme through which e-invoicing solution providers can purchase visibility on the platform (Basic, Professional or Premium). Second, we offer paid consultancy services via Solventis for organisations that wish personal advice or implementation guidance.
We do not place third-party advertisements and do not sell personal data.
We do our best to keep all content current and correct. E-invoicing is however a fast-moving field: regulations change, deadlines shift and new countries join the Peppol network. It is therefore possible that some information is outdated.

The Peppol.now editorial team publishes new content every week: blog articles, news about European e-invoicing obligations and updates about the Peppol network. The knowledge base is periodically reviewed for currency and completeness.

The comparison tool is informational in nature. For a final decision, we recommend approaching several providers directly based on your specific situation.
Via our Peppol Directory you can search by name or registration number to check whether an organisation is already connected to the Peppol network. This directory is based on the official Peppol Directory.

Not for free. Peppol.now is an information platform, not a helpdesk. Every question we answer personally costs time — and that time has a value of € 150,- excl. VAT per hour. We charge a minimum of 30 minutes per question. Our platform provides extensive information precisely for this purpose: our knowledge base, frequently asked questions and blog articles already answer most questions.
Can't find your answer in our knowledge base? We are happy to help you personally — but as a paid consultation. That way you can count on our full attention and in-depth expertise, and we are compensated for the time we invest.
Advice and consultancy via Solventis is billed at € 150,- per hour, excluding VAT. We charge a minimum of 30 minutes per question. For project-based assignments or trajectory guidance we provide a tailored quote on request.

For technical questions about your own connection or invoice issues, your first point of contact should be your Peppol Service Provider — the party that manages your connection. For network issues you can also consult the Peppol Authority in your country.
Peppol.now is not the right party for operational support with invoice exchange. We do not know your connection, have no insight into your system and are not responsible for the network. Please contact your provider for that.
Would you still like our view as an independent party? That is possible — as a paid consultation. Our rate is € 150,- excl. VAT per hour, with a minimum of 30 minutes per question.
Providers of e-invoicing solutions and Peppol Service Providers can register as a partner. We offer three tiers: Basic, Professional and Premium. As a partner you are visible on our comparison page and receive your own profile page on Peppol.now.
