Eenmaal aangesloten op het Peppol-netwerk, kunt u als organisatie wereldwijd berichten uitwisselen met organisaties die ook zijn aangesloten op Peppol. Sterker nog: doet u zaken met specifieke landen, dan is e-factureren soms een harde eis. Maar in welke landen geldt zo’n e-facturatieverplichting?
Vanaf vandaag zijn de validatie-artefacten van SI-UBL 2 en Peppol BIS3 verplicht, die zijn aangekondigd in de voorjaarsrelease. Tegelijkertijd verandert daarmee de versienummering van de validatiebestanden van de g-rekening, van drie cijfers naar vier cijfers. English version below.
OpenPeppol heeft een nieuwe versie van de Peppol-policy voor gebruik van identificatienummers (Peppol-ID’s) goedgekeurd. Versie 4.2.0 is daarmee vervangen door versie 4.3.0. Deze nieuwe versie is gepubliceerd voor beoordeling door de leden van Peppol.
Van 23 tot 25 september 2024 vindt de E-invoicing Exchange Summit plaats in Praag. Dit wereldwijde platform biedt informatie over ontwikkelingen en trends rondom e-invoicing en e-reporting. Het evenement biedt gelegenheid om uw netwerk uit te breiden en in contact te komen met experts. De NPa is aanwezig op dit event.

Sinds kort kan de uitzendbranche op een efficiënte manier gebruikmaken van het wereldwijde Peppol-netwerk. Nadat de Nederlandse Peppolautoriteit (NPa) en standaardisatieorganisatie SETU in mei een samenwerkingsovereenkomst tekenden, is nu de eerste e-timecard verstuurd via Peppol.
De Peppol Test Tool biedt vanaf nu ook ondersteuning voor de SETU Invoice 2.2-standaarden. Bedrijven die gebruik maken van flexibele inhuur en deze berichtenstandaard willen implementeren om te verzenden via het Peppol-netwerk, kunnen hun implementatie vanaf nu testen.

The PoAC Change Management Board has approved the RFC on the Policy on BIS Billing Country specific rules. The Policy has been developed by OpenPeppol and is an update of the current Peppol methodology for country specific validation rules based on Seller’s country.
The approval process requires that this Policy must be subject to a review by members.
