How does eInvoicing work via Peppol?
An eInvoice via Peppol is much more than a PDF. It’s a structured XML document that can be automatically read and processed by any compatible system. This means that invoice data can be imported directly into your accounting system without manual input.
The process is remarkably simple: you create an invoice in your own system, it’s automatically converted to the Peppol format, sent via your Access Point to the receiver’s Access Point, and then automatically processed in their system. Everything happens within seconds, fully automated and with confirmation of receipt.
